What you’ll be doing: This is a territory sales role responsible for managing and growing NHS sleep and respiratory accounts across the South East. The focus is on developing long‑term, trust‑based relationships while driving both capital and recurring revenue growth. You will take ownership of key NHS and university accounts, working closely with the CEO and technical team. As part of a small organisation, you will be involved in the full sales process from initial enquiry through to quotation, order and ongoing account support. This is a highly autonomous position requiring strong self‑management, structured territory planning and proactive account development.

- Influencing specifications ahead of tender release.
- Driving follow‑on consumables revenue.
- Identifying and pursuing maintenance and warranty extension opportunities.
- Building strong, long‑term relationships with physiologists, consultants, procurement and EBME teams.
- Ensuring visibility across multiple stakeholders within each Trust.
- Managing territory activity using an established platinum, gold, silver and bronze classification model.
- Attending six or more conferences and events annually.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing hospital and university accounts.
- Develop new business opportunities across the territory.
- Present and demonstrate equipment and software solutions.
- Prepare quotations and proposals.
- Manage the full sales process from enquiry to order.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasting discipline.
- Work closely with internal technical and support teams.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and product development feedback.
Your core customer base will be sleep physiologists and clinical teams, supported by consultant physicians, procurement and EBME departments. Many stakeholders operate under significant time pressure, so empathy, clarity and reliability are essential.
