Location: National role so there is UK travel. The role is primarily remote, with the expectation that the new hire will be on-site for the first couple of weeks for hands-on training and team integration. There is a preference for the candidate to live within a one to two-hour distance from the main office (Sheffield).

The organisation supplies mission-critical medical equipment alongside telematics and asset-management solutions, helping customers improve readiness, compliance and operational efficiency. Operating primarily within the UK, the business works in close partnership with frontline services to deliver reliable, service-led technology solutions. We are currently recruiting on behalf of this organisation as part of its continued growth.

What you’ll be doing:
- Build and manage an end-user sales pipeline for the AED product range, alongside existing reseller relationships.
- Develop new business through direct customer engagement, including meetings, product demonstrations and industry events.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities, including large-scale deployments and product refreshes within the existing install base.
- Build product and brand awareness within target markets, informed by competitor and market insight.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product and customer teams to deliver solutions aligned to customer needs.
- Maintain up-to-date market and product knowledge, supporting customers and internal stakeholders as required.

- You will have a successful track record of sales growth and have face-to-face customer experience.
- You should have the ability to work independently and manage your own time and be motivated by exceeding targets and earning commission.
- To be successful in this role you need to be confident and professional, with the ability to interact and engage with customers.
- You will have excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner.
- B2B experience is preferred.

Salary: Negotiable
Bonus: Bonus of up to 20% of the salary, based on the business hitting target and individual employee performance against strategic objectives.
