Location: This is a field-based role covering the South West - ideally based near the M4/M5 interchange (Bristol, Newport, Cardiff, Gloucester).

What you’ll be doing: You will support the existing urology reps in launching and expanding product use in new accounts, working closely with Urologists in theatres. You will support 2-3 urology reps in the team. Responsibilities will be to work closely with the reps to help with covering cases and training new accounts for the first lists, as well as expanding the end users of the product within the hospital. You will support a positive customer experience by partnering with the sales team to shorten sales cycles for key target accounts, maximize revenue growth, and achieve sales goals within the assigned territory. You will develop sales specific skills and territory management responsibilities, including business planning, pipeline management, and CRM reporting needs. The role will involve establishing and building professional customer relationships with clinicians, and following up with customer visits to ensure products are functioning properly and/or providing training support when needed. The role requires significant time in operating theatres (approx. 4 days/week) and travel.
Here’s what you need: We are looking for people wanting to take their first step into, or are new, to medical sales. Ideally someone just having left Uni or someone with a couple of years proven sales background in another industry. No prior experience is necessary, but a degree (especially health or science‑based) is advantageous. Key qualities include intellectual capacity, drive to learn, and willingness to travel extensively. Candidates must be prepared for early starts and late finishes due to travel to hospitals. You must have a full driving licence.
Salary: ÂŁ28,000 - ÂŁ40,000 dependent on experience
Bonus: 25%
