Advance Northumberland is seeking a Site Manager for our Longhorsley development.
You will report to the Contracts Manager and lead site operatives, coordinating sub-contractors and the build schedule through inception to handover.
Deliver safe, quality builds to time and budget, while maintaining site cleanliness and coordination with QS, supply chain and clients.
NHBC standards and CDM compliance are essential, with a focus on equality and data protection.
