As our Customer Care Coordinator, you will work with the customer care team, which is an essential part of our new homes sales team, ensuring that customers are happy with their purchase post move‑in day and that any issues are resolved as quickly as possible.
As a small team, you’ll work closely with Alison, our Customer Care Manager, and the wider Ascent Homes team, delivering exceptional customer service. You will be a confident communicator, able to deal with a range of enquiries in a professional manner.
This role is temporary to cover maternity leave, for approximately 6‑7 months.
Qualifications
To be successful in this post you will have previous customer care experience, ideally in property or new homes, and an understanding of the NHBC standards. You will have excellent communication skills, be calm under pressure and able to deal with a variety of situations. You will be used to using CRM systems and have a full UK driving licence.
