Ascent Homes is the brand name for our new homes development company. The team designs and builds new homes for sale within Northumberland and are a critical part of our growth plans linked to our 10-year business plan. The team works with the wider business, including our Projects and Land team, to ensure the timely and cost-effective adoption of roads, sewers and public open spaces.
We have ambitious growth plans, and this is a new role to enhance and support the work of the Investments team as we enter an exciting period of growth with our plans for the next decade.
THE ROLEAdoptions Engineer Salary: £40,000 - £48,000 depending on experience. Reporting to Joe, our Technical Design Manager, you will support Ascent Homes and Advance Northumberland, ensuring the timely and cost-efficient adoption of completed roads, sewers and public open spaces for Residential and Commercial Projects.
