Ascent Homes is the brand name for our new homes development company. The team design and build new homes for sale within Northumberland and are a critical part of our growth plans linked to our 10-year business plan. The team works with the wider business, including our Projects and Land team to ensure the timely and cost-effective adoption of roads, sewers and public open spaces.
THE ROLE
Salary: £40,000 - £48,000 depending on experience
Reporting to Joe, our Technical Design Manager, you will:
- Support Ascent Homes and Advance Northumberland, ensuring the timely and cost-efficient adoption of completed roads, sewers and public open spaces for Residential and Commercial Projects.
