- ProjectsOur Project team are a critical component of the company’s unique mix of skills. The team manage the delivery of projects across the county. The team are working on £34.5 million projects that are currently in construction, £76.5 million projects in the development stage, and have created over 700 construction jobs in development. Recent projects that have been delivered are Morpeth and Berwick Leisure Centres, The Market Pavilion in Blyth and Bedlington town centre.

The Role – Administration Assistant – Temporary Post for 12 Months
Based – Wansbeck Workspace, Ashington.You will be working at the Advance Northumberland Wansbeck Workspace, located in Ashington, Northumberland, Rotary Parkway, NE63 8QZ.
As an Administrator in our Homes team, you will support all of the administration needs of our tenant liaison team. Your line manager will be Scott, our Homes Manager.
The purpose of this role is to provide a flexible and adaptable administrative support service to the Homes Team, liaising with customers, contractors and suppliers whilst delivering exceptional customer service.
This role is offered on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave and will end on the return to work of the postholder.The Benefits of working for us:
