We are specifically seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to become a vital part of our rapidly expanding team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, playing a crucial role in building positive relationships and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where your communication skills and problem-solving abilities will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities: * Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email & other social media platforms in timely manner. * Resolve customer complaints or issues, providing appropriate solutions in a calm and empathetic manner. * Maintain product knowledge and assist customers with technical or product-related questions. * Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction. * Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved and follow up on outstanding concerns. * Assist with administrative tasks related to customer accounts and service requests. * Meet or exceed performance and service quality goals. Preferences : * Prior customer service experience is preferred, but not required. * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). * Ability to stay calm and positive in challenging situations. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. * Proficient in using customer service software, email, and basic computer applications such as social media platforms. Work Days : Monday till Friday- 1 Saturday a month required. Work hours: 9am – 5pm
