Advance Management UK Ltd, are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administration Assistant to support the smooth and efficient operation of our client in Bolton. This role provides critical administrative support, ensuring effective communication, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities: * General Administrative Support: * Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries. * Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities. * Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. * Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial paperwork. * Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, both electronic and physical. * Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. * Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. * Greet visitors and ensure they are directed appropriately. * Data Entry and Record Keeping: * Accurately enter and update data in various databases and systems. * Maintain confidential information and records. * Generate reports and summaries as needed. * Provide support to other team members as needed. Qualifications: * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
