As an IT Support Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting schools across the Trust by providing first-line technical support and helping maintain reliable IT systems for staff and students. You will gain valuable experience working with a range of hardware, software, and networking technologies.

What You'll Do

  • Provide first-line IT support through the school ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimise downtime
  • Support users with hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Work with different networking architectures and IT systems
  • Assist with the setup, maintenance, and configuration of devices and software
  • Deliver excellent customer service to staff and students across the Trust
  • Support the wider IT team with day-to-day technical tasks and projects

Training Outcome

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in IT support. Afterwards, we’ll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.
