Position: HR Coordinator - up to 10 months Maternity Cover
Location: Head Office, Witney - Hybrid model: 3 days office-based, 2 days home-based
Hours: 35 contracted hours per week, Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm
Salary: Up to £30,400.75 per annum (depending on experience)

We are looking for a motivated and organised HR Coordinator to join our friendly People Team temporarily for up to 10 months.
What You'll Be Doing
As part of our HR Operations team, you'll support the full employee lifecycle, helping to ensure our HR service is responsive, accurate and customer-focused. You'll work closely with managers, employees, candidates and colleagues across the organisation to deliver an excellent HR experience
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Responding to HR enquiries via telephone, email and in person
- Supporting recruitment activity by advertising vacancies and managing applicant communications
- Coordinating pre-employment checks and onboarding processes
- Maintaining accurate records on HR systems
- Processing contractual and payroll-related changes
- Providing first-line HR advice and guidance in line with policies and employment legislation
- Assisting HR Advisors with recruitment and employee relations activities
- Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing a professional, responsive and people-focused HR service
You'll Bring
- Previous administration experience, ideally within an HR environment
- Knowledge of HR processes, policies and employment legislation
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- The ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines
- A positive, solution-focused approach
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- A genuine interest in developing a career in HR
