Advance are looking for a Female Support Worker in Bexleyheath to support customers with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and mental health conditions to live the lives they choose. Responsibilities
- Waking Night Activities: Assisting with personal care and hygiene
- Ensuring the premises are secure and safe during the night
- Supporting with meal times and food preparation (if required)
- Medication administration
- Support with independent skills
- Keeping accurate records and updating care plans as required
- Keeping up to date with your training
- Supporting with regular checks on the customer to ensure their safety
- Supporting with domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry
