About the Role:
Would you like to work somewhere where you get to make a real difference every day? We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Coordinator to join our People Team at Advance. We are a specialist supported housing association that is on an exciting journey to deliver more services and develop more housing for people with learning disabilities and mental health conditions to allow them to achieve greater independent living.
The role of HR Coordinator will include:
- Delivering prompt and efficient resolution to HR enquiries in line with our policies and best practice via our telephone helpline, email and in person
- Advertising job roles via our applicant tracking system
- Proactively processing candidates through our pre‑employment checks to onboarding in a timely manner
- Accurately and efficiently process payroll changes through the HR system for payroll
- Work in partnership with our HR Advisors to support with the delivery of employee relations and recruitment requirements
About the candidate:
- You will have an awareness of employment legislation, HR policies and best practice
- You will be a confident communicator who can give credible and reliable advice
- You will have a solution driven mindset, striving to achieve excellent customer satisfaction
- You will have a passion to develop within the HR field
- A strong administrative background with HR knowledge is required for this role
