What you'll do:
- Manage the day-to-day activity and grow a successful care team delivering personal care services to our service users.
- Ensure the correct number of suitably qualified care workers are available to meet service demands.
- Maintain care work standards and ensure all processes are followed, controlled, and documented.
- Responsible for compliance with quality internally and for regulators and contract holders.
