Be a part of a special care team delivering care to our client who is a delightful little 2 month old baby with an acquired brain injury. You will deliver care in line with the care plan which includes medication administration, suctioning and gastrostomy care. You will be supported by Advantage Healthcare Hove branch and invited to attend regular supervisions and team meetings. A registered nurse will ensure you are competent in our client’s care needs and support with any clinical concerns and queries you may have.
