We are looking for a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support a client with a spinal cord injury, living in Bugle, St Austell. The role involves assisting with a range of therapies at home, in local facilities, and at specialist centres in the South West. You will also support the client in attending medical and personal appointments, encourage outdoor activities, and work closely with the client's locally based family. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills with full training and clinical support in a supportive, person-centred environment.
Qualifications
You'll need to be caring and compassionate, and a good listener. No experience is required and that full training will be provided. For the longer shifts, the successful candidate will be required to use the service user's car; for this purpose only candidates over the age of 25 will be permitted to drive due to the insurance policy.
