Job Description More than 205,000 higher education professionals based in over 100 countries currently hold one of our four categories of fellowship, which are awarded to individuals that demonstrate their effective and inclusive teaching and supporting learning practice meets the requirements of the Professional Standards Framework. Advance HE accredits institutions to award our fellowships to their learning and teaching staff, with 182 institutions currently accredited and 37 of these outside the UK; this number is growing.
Requirements
As our Accreditation Assessment Manager, your focus will be on developing an effective and efficient global accreditation service, supporting institutions applying for accreditation, taking part in the peer-review accreditation process and providing high quality written feedback for institutions. You’ll also be contributing to our network events and working with our team to deliver resources that support the needs of our member institutions in developing their future workforce and promoting the strategic value and impact of our work.Job Requirements Who we are looking for:
You’ll have passion for higher education and have worked within it, perhaps in a quality or professional role, or in teaching/ supporting learning, or in a sector body. You’ll have excellent written and oral communication skills and an attention to detail. You’ll bring a collaborative, can-do attitude and have a willingness to learn and evolve.
The Skills We Are Looking For Include

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in working with and successfully influencing senior stakeholders, including on sensitive and/or reputational matters.
  • Experience in enhancing quality and streamlining processes to deliver improved efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing projects and deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy of information.
  • A collaborative and supportive personal style, helping to motivate and enthuse stakeholders in meeting high standards and delivering client-focused outcomes.
  • Strong skills in using MS Office packages, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
