We are seeking a Civil/Structural Engineer to join our expanding team. Supporting our Senior Civil Design Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering engineering solutions across the renewable energy sector and wider infrastructure projects. You will play a key role in the delivery of power and grid-related projects, including BESS and solar sites, substations, transmission and distribution infrastructure, and wider renewable energy developments.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and specifying civil and structural elements for energy infrastructure, including BESS equipment foundations, steel support structures, access roads, earthworks, cable routes, site layout development, and associated assets.
- Producing high-quality deliverables, including calculations, drawings, specifications, and scope documentation, in line with industry standards and client requirements.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including electrical, civil, and project delivery teams, to develop safe, efficient, and buildable solutions.
- Reviewing technical drawings and supplier/contractor submissions to ensure compliance, constructability, and technical integrity.
- Supporting and mentoring early-career engineers/technicians, contributing to technical excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
