Role Description The Account Manager role at Advance Connects is a full-time, on-site position based in Ellesmere Port. The Account Manager will manage day-to-day client relationships, ensure campaigns are delivered to agreed KPIs, and act as the main point of contact for client queries and updates. Responsibilities include briefing internal teams, monitoring telemarketing and lead generation performance, reviewing appointment quality, and preparing regular reports and insights for clients. The role also involves identifying opportunities to grow accounts, coordinating with Quality Assurance and operations teams, and helping refine campaign strategies to improve outcomes. The Account Manager will support a collaborative environment, contribute to continuous improvement, and uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management and account handling skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Experience coordinating B2B campaigns such as telemarketing, lead generation, or appointment setting, preferably across multiple sectors.
- Solid communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain data-driven insights and campaign performance clearly.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines.
- Analytical capabilities, including basic proficiency with spreadsheets or CRM tools to track leads, appointments, and campaign metrics.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams such as operations, quality assurance, and marketing.
- Prior experience in sales support, customer success, telemarketing, or account management is highly beneficial.
