Adur & Worthing Councils are recruiting for a friendly, professional and confident individual to provide information and advice to customers across multiple council service areas, face to face and by phone.
You will work in our Worthing Town Hall contact centre, with flexible duties across our offices in Worthing and Shoreham.
The role requires strong communication skills and resilience as you may engage with vulnerable or distressed customers. Training will be provided, and DBS checks apply.
