We are looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented person to join our Business Support Team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and contributing to a positive, efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing correspondence from contractors, customers and residents
- Providing information and updates over the phone
- Updating and maintaining databases, records and client files
- Assisting with sales/purchase invoicing
- Maintaining office supplies
- Efficiently running the corporate post room
Key Qualifications
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience working in a busy administrative environment
- Strong communication skills with customers and colleagues
- Proficient numeracy, literacy and IT skills
- Adaptable to changing team needs
- Basic DBS clearance and three years employment referencing required
