We are looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented person to join our Business Support Team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and contributing to a positive, efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing correspondence from contractors, customers and residents
  • Providing information and updates over the phone
  • Updating and maintaining databases, records and client files
  • Assisting with sales/purchase invoicing
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Efficiently running the corporate post room

Key Qualifications

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience working in a busy administrative environment
  • Strong communication skills with customers and colleagues
  • Proficient numeracy, literacy and IT skills
  • Adaptable to changing team needs
  • Basic DBS clearance and three years employment referencing required
