We are recruiting for an enthusiastic, adaptable, and motivated team player to support our Proactive Case Workers. This role is part of our Proactive programme.

The postholder will support the Proactive Team Leader by undertaking administrative duties such as collating data from various systems, ensuring information accuracy, liaising with residents and landlords to prevent homelessness, and corresponding with customers via letter and email.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational and administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail, experience in a busy administrative environment, confident communication skills, and strong IT, numeracy, and literacy skills.

The position requires a Basic DBS clearance and three years of employment references.

We support care leavers under 25, operating a guaranteed interview scheme for those meeting essential criteria. Please confirm your status as a care leaver in your application.
