The predicted salary is between 12 - 16 £ per hour.

Typical Shifts are: Night Shifts – Weekday, Weekends – Rotas can vary. Night support workers only to apply. Full Time.

Responsibilities:

We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands‑on Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker with us you’ll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people! Your day will involve teaching new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging access to local communities, socialising and engaging in activities. This is an amazing role for someone who wants to make a real difference and help people grow confidence and independence to meet their goals, whether making dinner by themselves or going on holiday.

Qualifications and Experience:

Our Support Workers should hold a full UK driving license, be resilient, flexible and composed in their approach, and have experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice. Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviour(s) of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories and people who have experienced trauma, is essential.
