We’re recruiting for a small, independent domiciliary care provider in Leicester. This role suits a confident and capable Registered Manager who thrives in an autonomous environment and is motivated by shaping quality, culture and growth within a close-knit organisation.
What’s on offer:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operational and care delivery functions within the branch
- Ensure high standards of care, compliance and client safety
- Develop business growth through referrals and professional networks
- Manage relationships with commissioning bodies and external stakeholders
- Provide supportive and respectful leadership to the care team
- Handle all client complaints and concerns with professionalism
- Maintain full regulatory compliance and uphold CQC standards
Registered Manager Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care
- Proven track record of delivering results and exceeding KPIs
- Working toward an NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care
- Valid UK Driving Licence
