Foods & Sips Ltd is seeking a PR & Social Media Manager to manage the company’s public image, social media presence, and digital communications. The role will focus on promoting the company’s bedding and bedroom products, developing engaging content, strengthening brand awareness, managing online customer engagement, and supporting the company’s e-commerce and marketing activities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement PR and social media activities aligned with the company’s brand and e-commerce objectives.
- Manage day-to-day social media accounts, including content planning, publishing, and audience engagement.
- Create engaging content including product posts, graphics, photography, videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage and improve product listings across relevant e-commerce platforms.
- Respond to customer enquiries, comments, reviews, and messages professionally.
- Support brand reputation and ensure consistent communication across digital platforms.
- Develop relationships with influencers, content creators, freelancers, and relevant business partners and stakeholders.
Skills Required:
- Experience in social media management, digital marketing, e-commerce, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative ability to develop engaging product and lifestyle content.
- Photography, graphic design, and short-form video skills would be an advantage.
