Job Description Night Support Worker – Bulls Cross Near Stroud GL6 7HU. Pay rate starts at £13.27 per hour, including night enhancement. You will be required to have your own transport to get here, as the location is very rural with no public transport. Shifts: Friday and Sunday 20:30–08:00.

As a Night Support Worker with Voyage Care you’ll gain enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour (Ts & Cs apply), premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour (Ts & Cs apply), Wagestream to draw up to 40% of your pay as it is earned, a funded Blue Light Card for discounts, 24/7/365 doctor line for colleagues and families, access to cash plans covering families, enhanced retirement leave, and long‑service awards.

We’re looking for genuinely caring, hands‑on support workers passionate about enhancing the quality of life for the people we support. Your role will involve helping people gain independence in daily life, teaching new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging access to local communities, socialising, and engaging in activities such as local bars and pubs, video games, films, or cinema visits. This role is a rewarding opportunity for anyone looking to make a real difference.

We expect support workers to hold a full UK driving licence, be resilient, flexible, composed, and experienced with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice. Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviour distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories, and trauma, is essential.
