Are you ready to make a real impact through expert Employee Relations support? We’re looking for a confident, proactive HR Advisor to join our supportive ER team, reporting to the Senior HR Advisor. In this hands‑on role, you’ll provide consistent, compliant advice across a diverse regional portfolio—supporting managers on issues like attendance, grievances, disciplinaries, performance, probation, and flexible working.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering expert guidance and coaching managers and colleagues on ER issues.
  • Managing complex casework and attending hearings and meetings.
  • Supporting ACAS conciliations and Employment Tribunal claims.
  • Assisting with change management processes including TUPE and restructures.
  • Maintaining accurate case records and documentation in the HR system.
  • Contributing to training and development initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in Employee Relations and casework (Care sector experience is a plus).
  • Strong working knowledge of Employment Law and HR best practices.
  • CIPD or equivalent HR qualification.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident managing your own administration and workload.
  • IT savvy – especially with Word and Excel.
