Are you ready to make a real impact through expert Employee Relations support? We’re looking for a confident, proactive HR Advisor to join our supportive ER team, reporting to the Senior HR Advisor. In this hands‑on role, you’ll provide consistent, compliant advice across a diverse regional portfolio—supporting managers on issues like attendance, grievances, disciplinaries, performance, probation, and flexible working.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering expert guidance and coaching managers and colleagues on ER issues.
- Managing complex casework and attending hearings and meetings.
- Supporting ACAS conciliations and Employment Tribunal claims.
- Assisting with change management processes including TUPE and restructures.
- Maintaining accurate case records and documentation in the HR system.
- Contributing to training and development initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Employee Relations and casework (Care sector experience is a plus).
- Strong working knowledge of Employment Law and HR best practices.
- CIPD or equivalent HR qualification.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Confident managing your own administration and workload.
- IT savvy – especially with Word and Excel.
