We’re on the hunt for a Behavioural Support Practitioner/Behavioural Therapist to join us in our South region in a friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!
As a Behavioural Support Practitioner/Behavioural Therapist, you are expected to provide leadership in the management of behaviour that causes distress or concern to people with learning disabilities and mental health needs. This is achieved by providing expertise, advice, and support to the staff team at our service. You may be required to complete comprehensive behaviour assessments and the development of effective risk assessments and detailed behaviour support plans. The improved outcomes for individuals will be monitored, and protocols and staff training implemented accordingly.
