About the Role
As an Adults Social Worker (Qualified), you will be responsible for assessing and supporting individuals within the community, ensuring they receive the appropriate care and services. You will work closely with vulnerable adults, their families, and multi-disciplinary teams to promote independence and well-being. Your role will involve full utilisation of your social work qualifications and experience to deliver person-centred care while adhering to legal and procedural standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of adults requiring social care support.
