Service Care Solutions are currentlylooking for an administrative assistant on behalf of Wrexham Council. This positionis based within the children’s services and isfully office based in the Wrexham Crown buildings as the successfulcandidate will be required to help with providing a reception service for the team.
In this role the successfulcandidate will providegeneral administrative support to the team. Some of the duties that you can expect in this role include, but are not limited to:
– organising and management of files
– updating and maintaining spreadsheets
– monitoring of budgets and payment of invoices
– reception duties as and when required
– answering telephone and email correspondence
This role is on an initial temporary contract for 6 months with a view to being reviewed for extension following this period. The pay rate for this role is £15.66 per hour and it will be a full time position for 37 hours per week.
