Reablement Support Workers 8734 | Permanent contract | £13.68 to £14.58 per hour (Scale E) | 1 x 23.5 hour post, 2 x 22 hour posts per week. Weekend and bank holiday working on a rota basis.| The Lawns, Great Yarmouth

As a Reablement Support Worker (Swift) you will be assisting people with their daily living activities such as personal care, meal/drink preparation and medication with the aim of helping them back to independence with these activities.

Norfolk Swift Response is a service that runs 24/7 to deliver unplanned social care services to adults in their own homes in Norfolk. As a Swift, your duties would include requests to assist uninjured fallers and supporting with one-off personal care needs. Workers usually visit people in their own homes in teams of two.

Both experienced social care workers and those new to care are welcomed to apply. Full training will be provided.

Rota patterns, all shifts include a 30 min unpaid break

Vacancy A: 23.5 hours per week

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday (all shifts 7am to 2:30pm)

Week 2: Monday (7am to 2:30pm), Thursday and Friday (2:30pm to 9pm)

Vacancy B: 22 hours per week

Week 1:Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (all shifts 2:30pm to 9pm)

Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday (all shifts 7am to 2:30pm)

Vacancy C: 22 hours per week

Week 1: Thursday and Friday (all shifts 7am to 2:30pm)

Week 2: Monday, Tuesday Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday (all shifts 2:30pm to 9pm)
