Here at Norfolk First Response we work with a reablement ethos, working alongside people in their homes to make a positive difference. We aim to help them regain their previous abilities within 6 weeks following a period of ill health or change in circumstances and our Support Workers (Reablement) are a key part of that.

The vacant post is 36.75 hours per week, working in Dereham, Wymondham and Poringland as part of the double assist team. You will work a range of mornings (7.30am to 1.30pm) and evenings (4pm to 8.30pm) with the hours averaged out over a two-week rota, enabling you to plan in advance to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
