About the Role

At Norfolk First Response, we work with a reablement ethos, supporting people in their homes to make a positive difference. We aim to help them regain their previous abilities within 6 weeks following a period of ill health or change in circumstances. Our Support Workers (Reablement) are a key part of this effort.

The position is 24.75 hours per week, working in Downham Market and surrounding areas. You will work mornings (usually 8am to 12.30pm) and evenings (usually 4.30pm to 9pm), with hours averaged over a two-week rota, allowing for planning and work-life balance.
