ASE Recruitment are specialist recruiters in the social housing and social care sectors providing temporary staffing to work within a variety of 24 hour supported accommodation services and floating support services for Housing Associations and Charities across the Northwest, Midlands, and Derbyshire. We are seeking a skilled Handy Person / Maintenance Operative to join a leading Housing Association in Congleton. This role focuses on ensuring void properties are efficiently refurbished and ready for re-letting, carrying out repairs, cleaning, and redecorating as needed. You will liaise with contractors, housing officers, and tenants to maintain high standards and compliance with health and safety requirements. The position offers full-time hours, Monday to Friday, with the opportunity for a temp-to-perm contract. Person Specification
- The ideal candidate will have a relevant trade qualification or proven experience in housing maintenance, voids, or property management.
