ASE Recruitment are specialist recruiters in the social housing and social care sectors providing temporary staffing to work within a variety of 24 hour supported accommodation services and floating support services for Housing Associations and Charities across the Northwest, Midlands, and Derbyshire.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Manager Nights to supervise and coordinate a team, ensuring high-quality support for young people in our accommodation services.
Salary: £30,000 per Annum
Hours: 37.5 Mon-Fri
Contract: Temp to Perm

About the Role:
- Provide first-line management and supervision to ensure young people receive person-centred support in line with Ofsted Supported Accommodation Standards.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and agencies.
- Implement co-production activities to enhance service delivery and young people's experience.
- Support volunteer engagement and community partnership efforts.
- Maintain accurate records and reports in line with GDPR and internal policies.
- Oversee accommodation standards, ensuring safe and well-maintained environments.
- Manage budgets, voids, and arrears to ensure financial viability.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in young people's supported accommodation and working with vulnerable individuals.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, mental health, housing, and equality legislation.
- Proven ability to lead, supervise, and motivate a team.
- Experience in referral and assessment pathways, risk assessment, and multi-agency working.
- IT proficiency to maintain electronic records and reports.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
Desirable Qualifications & Skills:
- NVQ/Diploma in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of electronic record systems such as Pyramid.
- Experience managing budgets and resource planning.
