ASE Recruitment are specialist recruiters in the social housing and social care sectors providing temporary staffing to work within a variety of 24 hour supported accommodation services and floating support services for Housing Associations and Charities across the Northwest, Midlands, and Derbyshire.
We are currently recruiting Concierge to work with a leading housing association, supporting Adults clients experiencing homelessness, mental health, and substance misuse within supported accommodation. The main purpose of this role is to provide a welcome reception and support service to residents, and support tasks to ensure the smooth running of the service and activities on site.
We are looking for someone with support experience blended with reception or security experience.
Starting salary: Β£12.60 per hour
Shifts: Various 12 hour shifts available, days, nights and weekends.

About the role: To ensure our premises are safe and secure. We provide support to people with multiple and complex needs as part of a service for those who have lost their home or been rough sleeping. As a Concierge you will be responsible for taking care of our facilities including health and security of the centre, reviewing CCTV, ensuring the Tenant/residents/service users are safe in the environment.
About you: We are looking for Concierge with:
- An awareness of issues relating to vulnerable individuals and those that have faced multiple disadvantages.
- Previous experience of working with and or providing a concierge, security, or front of house to Vulnerable people.
- An organised person who can multitask.
- A working knowledge of Health and Safety in the workplace, COSH.
Candidates should have a current, enhanced DBS certificate; if you do not hold a valid DBS Certificate, you must be willing to apply for one.
