A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Tenancy Support Worker to join our Association. The Tenancy Sustainment Officer will be based in our offices in St Helens. Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd supports vulnerable individuals and households. We provide quality housing, deliver tailored support plans, training, education, and employment opportunities to help people achieve stable lives and realise their full potential.
Purpose of the role
This is a key post contributing to the delivery of Adullam's housing services to its residents. The post holder is responsible for developing and delivering a person-centred support package that is tailored to suit the needs of each individual accessing the service. The support should assist service users in developing the skills required to build resilience to maintain independent living and move on into permanent housing.
Working within the Association's corporate aims and objectives you will deliver a customer focussed service. You will:
- Co-ordinate tenancy management and rent collection to ensure all housing management income is collected effectively.
- Ensure fair access, process applications, conduct relevant background checks, and allocate vacant properties.
- Ensure supported accommodation is available for use, ensuring no vacant properties and minimising void turnaround time.
- Maintain H&S and property standards and work effectively as a team member delivering excellent services to Adullam Residents.
- Ensure your relationships with colleagues and external agencies are effective and professional and contribute to the Association's values, culture, and ethos.
