Team Leader
will be based in our offices in
Chesterfield .Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd supports vulnerable individuals and households.We provide quality housing, deliver tailored support plans, training, education, and employment opportunities to help people achieve stable lives and realise their full potential.Purpose of the roleTo supervise and coordinate the team to ensure the day to day delivery of high quality, reliable support service tailored to the specific needs of each young person entering our childrens services, promoting independence and choice in accordance with the Statement of Purpose and Ofsted Supported Accommodation Standards.To provide first line management and supervise a team of staff to ensure that young people are safeguarded, supported and receive person centred support within our accommodation in accordance with people policies, statement of purpose, legislation and OFSTED standards.Please see the job description for more information.Adullam offers the following benefits:Salary £27,011 per annum
