Purpose of the role
- As a Referral's Coordinator, you will work as part of a team to promote our services to potential customers, stakeholders, landlords and housing partners. You will play a key role throughout the customer journey, acting as both the first point of contact for individuals seeking access to our services and a central figure in supporting their move-on into appropriate longer-term accommodation.
