to join our Association. The Peripatetic Worker will be based in our offices in
Bolton
. Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd supports vulnerable individuals and households. We provide quality housing, deliver tailored support plans, training, education, and employment opportunities to help people achieve stable lives and realise their full potential. Purpose of the role To provide tailored person centred advice and assistance to service users to manage and sustain their tenancy in accordance with its terms and enabling them to live independently. You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association's values, culture and ethos. Please see the job description for more information.
