Peripatetic Worker

Location: Chesterfield

Salary: £25,830 per annum

Job title: Peripatetic Worker

A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Peripatetic Worker to join our Association. The Peripatetic Worker will be based in our offices in Chesterfield.

Purpose of the role

  • To develop and deliver a person-centred support package that is tailored to the needs of each young person accessing the service.
  • To adopt a person centred and trauma informed approach to build trust with our Young People and develop tailored support plans in line with our Statement of Purpose and OFSTED regulations.
  • You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Associations values, culture and ethos.
