A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Locality Manager to join our Association. The Locality Manager will be based in our offices in Bury but will be expected to travel across the region and outside of the region's service to meet the requirement for the role.

Purpose of the role:
- To manage and contribute to the development of Adult Services within designated region in line with corporate objectives and in compliance under the regulatory bodies for supported housing.
- To monitor and report on performance against service specifications and SEA-related KPIs, ensuring delivery in line with Adullam strategies, contractual targets, and regulatory requirements.
- You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association's values, culture, and ethos.

- Salary up to £18,002.40 per annum dependent on experience for 37.5 hours per week on a Fixed-Term Contract until March 2028.
