A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Service Coordinator to join our Association. The Service Coordinator will be based in our offices in Cheshire. Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd supports vulnerable individuals and households. We provide quality housing, deliver tailored support plans, training, education, and employment opportunities to help people achieve stable lives and realise their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and deliver a person-centred support package that is tailored to the needs of each person accessing the service.
- To protect, support and educate individuals accessing the service about incidents and safeguarding in a person-centred way to meet the needs and ensure safety of the people within our accommodation in line with the Associations values, policies and procedures.
