A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Locality Manager to join our Association. The Locality Manager will be based in our offices in Bury but will be expected to travel across the region and outside of the region's service to meet the requirement for the role.

Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd supports vulnerable individuals and households. We provide quality housing, deliver tailored support plans, training, education, and employment opportunities to help people achieve stable lives and realise their full potential.

Purpose of the role

  • To manage and contribute to the development of Adult Services within designated region in line with corporate objectives and in compliance under the regulatory bodies for supported housing.
  • To monitor and report on performance against service specifications and SEA-related KPIs, ensuring delivery in line with Adullam strategies, contractual targets, and regulatory requirements.
  • You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association's values, culture, and ethos.
