A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Peripatetic Worker to join our Association. The Peripatetic Worker will be based in our offices in Cheshire. Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd supports vulnerable individuals and households. We provide quality housing, deliver tailored support plans, training, education, and employment opportunities to help people achieve stable lives and realise their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out property inspections to assess condition, health and safety compliance, and environmental risks.
- Escalate concerns and support remedial action as required.
Salary up to £25,389 per annum dependent on experience for 37.5 hours. Competitive Annual Leave (25 days annual leave plus).
