A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Peripatetic Worker to join our Association. The Peripatetic Worker will be based in our offices in Chesterfield. Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd supports vulnerable individuals and households. We provide quality housing, deliver tailored support plans, training, education, and employment opportunities to help people achieve stable lives and realise their full potential.

Purpose of the role

To develop and deliver a person-centred support package that is tailored to the needs of each young person accessing the service. To adopt a person centred and trauma informed approach to build trust with our Young People and develop tailored support plans in line with our Statement of Purpose and OFSTED regulations. You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association's values, culture and ethos.
