Concierge Team Leader - Housing Management, Nights
Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd supports vulnerable individuals and households. We provide quality housing, deliver tailored support plans, training, education, and employment opportunities to help people achieve stable lives and realise their full potential.
Purpose of the role
To supervise and coordinate the team to ensure the provision of a point of contact overnight and an on-site presence out of hours in our supported accommodation services ensuring the safety and security of the building and our tenants, residents and service users (TRS). To provide effective leadership and management in line with relevant standards.
Salary
£31,500 per annum dependent on experience for 40.25 hours per week.
