Service Coordinator Location : Service Coordinator A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Service Coordinator to join our Association. The Service Coordinator will be based in our offices in Cheshire East North . Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd supports vulnerable individuals and households. To develop and deliver a person-centred support package that is tailored to the needs of each person accessing the service. To protect, support and educate individuals accessing the service about incidents and safeguarding in a person-centred way to meet the needs and ensure safety of the people within our accommodation in line with the Associations values, policies and procedures.
